Not at this time. We are actively working toward opening a physical storefront in the near future.
By operating without a traditional showroom for now, we’re able to avoid high overhead costs and pass those savings directly to our customers. When a storefront opens, pricing will reflect the additional expenses associated with operating a showroom.
We meet every customer in person, provide a written purchase agreement, and work directly with established hot tub manufacturers. Your spa is custom built based on your selections and delivered directly to your home. Transparency and accountability are central to how we operate.
Why are your prices lower than other hot tub dealers?

Are the hot tubs custom made or in stock?
Every hot tub we sell is custom built to order.
Your spa is not pulled from a warehouse or pre-stocked inventory. Once your order is placed, the manufacturer builds your hot tub based on your exact selections, then ships it directly to you.
How long does it take to receive my hot tub?
Because each spa is custom built, standard production and delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from order to delivery. We stay in contact with you throughout the process so you always know the status of your spa.
Where is my hot tub made?
Your hot tub is built at the manufacturer’s factory using your selected model, features, and options. Once completed, it is shipped directly to your home.
Do the hot tubs come with a warranty?
Yes. All hot tubs include a manufacturer-backed warranty covering major components. Full warranty details are provided and reviewed with you before you place your order so there are no surprises.
How does the ordering process work?

Yes. We personally meet every customer before an order is placed. We can meet at your home, a coffee shop, or another convenient location. This allows us to review details face-to-face, ensure everything is clear, and build trust from the start.
Who do I work with after I place my order?
You work directly with us from start to finish. We stay in contact throughout production and delivery and are always available to answer questions before and after your spa arrives.
Why don’t you sell off-the-floor or same-day delivery hot tubs?
We focus on custom-built spas rather than mass inventory. This ensures you receive a hot tub built specifically for your needs, not a leftover or generic model that’s been sitting in storage.
